Since 2012, the laws and regulations for hiring personnel have changed. If clients do business with companies that do not have their affairs in order, they run the risk of fines and the hirer's liability.

New rules for hiring professionals
The amended rules for hiring and lending out personnel in the WAADI (Law on Allocation of Personnel by Intermediaries) as of 2012 were originally intended to combat fraud and abuse in hiring out and lending out personnel. The rules now also apply to industry and the ICT sector and have specific consequences for hiring professionals.
Exempt from hirer liability
Despite proper registration, organisations that hire personnel run the risk of so-called hirer liability if the company they do business with does not pay its payroll taxes and sales tax on time.
Thanks to our NEN 4400-1 certification, we have the quality mark of the Stichting Normering Arbeid. The quality mark shows that Mol Industriële Automatisering BV pays its taxes and premiums on time and is a requirement to fully exempt hirers from hirer liability.
