New Omron NA machine interface brings technology to life!

Omron’s new NA machine interface has been designed after careful analysis of real applications and customer requirements. It enables users to quickly and easily implement dynamic, intuitive user interfaces that help increase productivity and minimize downtime by providing comprehensive real-time and historical insight into machine operations.

Simple programming

The new NA Machine Interface is programmed using Omron’s unique and comprehensive Sysmac Studio development environment, covering all areas of automation including: control, motion, vision and safety. This means that the NA Machine Interface can be programmed alongside other automation systems, allowing for faster development and less programming complexity.

To further support program development, the NA machine interface is equipped with IAGs (Intelligent Application Gadgets) for general applications, which work in the same way as function blocks. Users can even develop additional IAGs to meet their own specific needs. In addition, VB.net allows for complete customization of the machine interface.

Uses multi-media objects

The NA machine interface has powerful multimedia facilities. It can combine a wide variety of media types, such as PDF files, video and data, to create machine images that can be understood at a glance. It can also record videos explaining specific procedures and PDF documentation that can never be lost and can be accessed instantly at any time.

Various models available

The new NA machine interfaces are available with 7-, 9-, 12- and 15-inch widescreen displays with resistive touch technology that works reliably even when the operator is wearing gloves. There are also three programmable function keys. For connectivity, you can use two Ethernet ports, two USB ports and a serial connection.
