Axioline - any network
In industrial and also building-related environments, the trend is that network protocols are increasingly based on Ethernet. Especially in applications where response time and synchronicity play a role. Furthermore, decisive criteria are: robustness, simplicity and speed. Based on these requirements, the Axioline I/O system offers components for all common Ethernet systems, such as:
• PROFINET
• Ethernet/IP
• EtherCAT
• Modbus/TCP
• sercos
In addition, the components of the Axioline I/O system support Profibus-DP.
For the control cabinet
Axioline F is the I/O system in block-wise modular design for the control cabinet. The push-in technology ensures simple and fast installation and thanks to the reduced appearance, Axioline F is also suitable for buildings.
For the field installation
The Axioline E product family is available in protection class IP65/67 and, thanks to these two different housing types (plastic and metal), can be used particularly flexibly even under the toughest environmental conditions.
The new M12 power connections with 2 x 12 A current carrying capacity ensure highly efficient power supply to the modules. This significantly reduces connection work, as only a supply line is required. In addition, the SPEEDCON quick connection technology and the metal module mounting plate contribute to quick and easy connection.

Axioline F and Axiocontrol
Create an integrated solution for your automation tasks with PROFINET or Modbus with Axiocontrol and Axioline F.
The compact controller Axiocontrol AXC 3050 controls medium to demanding automation tasks reliably and quickly. As a PROFINET device, the compact controller from the Axiocontrol AXC 1050 family relieves higher-level PROFINET controllers. It is ideally suited for controlling decentralized I/O stations and, thanks to the integrated UPS, high availability is guaranteed.
All Axiocontrol controllers can be seamlessly expanded with up to 63 IP20 I/O modules from the Axioline F family.
