FAG SmartCheck has an independent control system and is a compact and modular measuring system for continuous monitoring of machines. Because the measuring system uses both the classic and vibration-based parameters, the system already offers so many advantages that future monitoring systems cannot do without it.
FAG SmartCheck supports the concept of transparency through different levels. Mitsubishi Electric has, in cooperation with Schaeffler, an integral solution to evaluate the condition of the machine park. Information can be automatically sent over Ethernet and sent to multiple information systems using the IQ platform.
