Mitsubishi FX2N / FX2NC batterij vervangen

Gebruik je een Mitsubishi FX2N / FX2NC? De interne batterij bewaart retentie-data en klokinstellingen. Tijdig vervangen voorkomt dataverlies en onverwachte stilstand.

Type: F2-40BL

Wanneer vervangen?

  • Bij melding battery (voltage) low / warning → direct vervangen.
  • Richtlijn: vervang na 3–5 jaar (afhankelijk van gebruik/omgeving).

Foutcodes en signalen

  • M8030 Battery LED OFF
  • Battery voltage low Replacing the battery 7.5
  • Turn OFF PLC’s power supply. Remove top cover (Z) from the PLC. Remove battery from holder - disconnect and replace.
  • (This should be carried out in 20s if the current data held in the PLC’s RAM is not to be lost).
  • Refit battery and cover.
  • When using a function extension board, make sure that the battery lead does not touch the function extension
  • board.
  • Battery replacement requires users to verify data integrity such as the PLC program (when an EPROM or
  • EEPROM cassette is not attached), latched (Battery backed) device values and RTC values.
  • Before switching the PLC to RUN, ensure the safety of the operation.
  • If the battery backed data becomes unstable, clear the latched (battery backed) devices, and transfer the data
  • again. Set the RTC and default values again if necessary
